SJS Machine is equipped to move projects through multiple processes under one roof. We publish useful capacity information without turning the website into a machine-model catalog.

CNC Milling4-axis capability; up to 65 in. X travel.
CNC TurningLive-tool turning capability; approximately 10 in. swing for live-tool applications, with turning work up to about 22 in. diameter depending on geometry and setup.
Wire EDM4-axis precision EDM capability for tooling, hardened materials and complex geometry.
Conventional EDMAvailable as a supporting process where the application calls for it.
Surface GrindingPrecision finishing supporting tooling, machine details and repair work.
HoningBore sizing and finish capability where honing is the appropriate process.
Fiber Laser60 x 120 in. bed; steel through 3/4 in. as a strong normal capability, thicker steel up to 1 in. considered case by case; aluminum through 3/8 in.

MIG WeldingManual and robotic MIG applications, with material thickness evaluated by joint and process; applications up to approximately 1 in. material are within scope when appropriate.
TIG WeldingPrecision TIG welding for stainless steel, aluminum, and exotic materials, supporting clean, high-quality welds for production, repair, and custom fabrication work.
SawsMaterial preparation and cutoff support for machining, tooling, and fabrication work.
Material HandlingHoist capability up to 2 tons.

Why We Do Not Publish Blanket Tolerance Numbers

Material, geometry, size, heat treatment, feature relationships, workholding and process sequence all affect what is realistic. SJS would rather review your actual requirement than publish a universal number that may mislead you or lock the project into the wrong process.

Difficult Materials Are Welcome

We have worked across a wide range of steels, tool steels, stainless materials, aluminum, brass, cast iron, engineering plastics, superalloys and difficult-to-machine materials. If the material is unusual, send the application and let us evaluate the best path.
