A finished drawing is helpful, but it is not required. Tell us what you are trying to make, repair, improve, automate, or solve.
Every idea and every customer will be treated with respect, patience, and diligence. You do not need to arrive with a finished design or all the right terminology. Many worthwhile products, tools, and improvements begin as a rough idea, a sketch, a problem, or a question. Our job is to listen, ask the right questions, and help determine a practical path forward without ridicule or embarrassment.
You do not need to have every engineering detail figured out before contacting SJS. If you know the quantity, material, or required date, include it. If you do not, leave it blank and tell us what you are trying to accomplish.
