Production Fixtures
Designed and manufactured around the application, with practical shop-floor use driving the solution.
SJS Machine designs, machines, fabricates, repairs and builds production tooling and equipment for manufacturers—from individual precision components to complete custom machinery.
Built around real production needs rather than a generic list of machines. SJS combines engineering judgment with machining, EDM, tooling, fabrication and assembly under one roof.
4-axis milling, live-tool turning, precision components and production tooling.
Extremely precise EDM capability for hardened materials, tooling and demanding geometry.
Stamping dies, repair, modifications, details and production support.
Locating, welding, assembly and production fixtures designed around the process.
Custom equipment from concept and design through machining, fabrication and assembly.
Fiber laser, 220-ton press brake and MIG welding support for complete builds.
SJS combines engineering, machining, EDM, grinding, honing, tooling, fabrication and machine-building capability under one roof—so a customer does not have to coordinate five different suppliers to solve one production problem.
Tell Us What You NeedThe best proof is the work itself. SJS projects range from precision details and hardened tooling to custom fixtures and complete machines.

Enough detail for a buyer or engineer to know whether SJS is worth the call—without turning the website into a machine-spec catalog.
SJS Machine has been designing and building tooling, precision components and manufacturing equipment since 1995. What began in tool and die grew into an integrated operation combining CNC machining, EDM, engineering, fabrication and custom machinery.
Many worthwhile products, tools and improvements begin as a rough idea, a sketch, a broken part, a problem or a question. Every customer will be treated with respect, patience and diligence. Our job is to listen, ask the right questions and help determine a practical path forward.
